We are limiting the number of children attending due to Government Guidance. This will enable us to operate in smaller groups.
What Staff Will Be There?
We will be using staff who usually provide our childcare. Children will be familiar with them and will have an allocated staff member for the camp.
How Do I Sign My Child In & Out
8:00am - 9:15am
We want to have as little numbers inside the venue as possible. For these reason we will be operating strict drop off times.
We are asking all parents to drop off and collect wearing a face covering to help protect our children and staff the best we can.
When you arrive we ask parents to wait outside the venue in an open space on one of the markers provided. You will be instructed by the lead staff member on site.
We strictly ask all parents to arrive no earlier than 8:00am and no later than 9:15am.
We believe this will provide enough time so there isn't a standing queue, we have considered staggered times, however analysed our sign in data this may create a queue which may be avoidable.
At 9:20 the lead coach will go inside and no further children will be signed in.
If you download our Procare Connect App (formally Kinderlime), which you will get an invite to download before attending, you will be able to do a contactless sign in/out at the venue using your phone to scan a QR code. A demo will be issued so this is clear for everyone.
*Children will again have fresh pins for Summer 2020. Please check the app/email for Procare Connect to avoid delays.
If you aren’t able to download the app lead coach will ask for your sign in pin and enter this into the system.
Your child will then make their way through to the hall with the coach.
We ask all parents to comply with social distancing outside the facility and depart from the venue when your child/children have been signed in.
We again ask parents not to enter the building when collecting your child. Likewise, to when you signed your child in, the lead coach will ask for your sign out pin, go to collect your child for you. We again ask parents to comply with social distancing guidance whilst waiting.
As with sign in, we are strictly asking parents to collect between 4:00pm - 5:00pm to avoid any unnecessary delays and to comply with our guidance.
Unfortunately, due to our guidance, childcare will be operating slightly different than usual.
Rest assured though, our FUNDA Coaches will adapt and ensure your child has a fantastic time. Taking part in all the active, exercises and activities they have planned.
*We are looking at ways we are able to safely use our inflatables. We will be ensuring protective measures are in place to allow us to do so.
What's In Place To Protect My Child?
We have worked alongside our venues to ensure the venue continues to be clean and as safe as possible for everyone attending.
Face Shield's used at sign in/out & when coaches can't keep a distance of 2+ metres, e.g. first aid
Strict drop off and collection times
Limited number of people inside the facility
Max group size of 16x children, aged appropriate groups
Same staff member for group all week
Groups split into different zones throughout the day
Outside as much as possible
Staggered break and lunchtimes
Equipment cleaned regularly
Limited numbers in toilets
Guidance confirms that it is not expected that primary aged children will be able to be enforce a 2 metre distance; however, this will be encouraged so they are not having physical contact
Frequent hand cleaning gel, ensuring everyone using gel before entering and exiting the facility.
Maximum of 60x children per day attending camp
Ensure children wash their hands for 20 seconds
What If I Book/Pay & Childcare Can't Go Ahead?
If you reserve your place and camps go ahead, as per usual policy you aren't able to cancel as you will have taken up a space on camp.
If you have paid and your camp is cancelled before it begins for whatever reason you will be given a full cash refund via BACS.
If camp is cancelled due to a test & trace situation on camp we will only be able to offer credit notes for future camps. Again our apologies regarding this.
Unfortunately we will not be able to offer cash refunds to people who have to self isolate. We will be able to offer credit notes for this scenario. Like other operators we will require proof of isolation. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Will Party Day On Friday Be Happening?
Unfortunately due to the current situation we will not be able to run party day as usual. We will be doing certificates and rewards etc as usual.
What If My Child Or Someone In My Family Tests Positive For COVID-19?
In the unlikely event that this should happen, you should self isolate and follow the current Government guidance.
